Even if you’re used to hiding…

DISCOVERING DESTINY.
Overcoming Darkness.
How are you overcoming hesitant tendencies? Let’s journey together!
As a new season of re-gathering and re-opening has begun after a long year, it’s easy to feel a little unsure as we ease our way back into the world we have been hiding from for so long.
But if we re-frame our thinking about this time of transition from venturing out into unfamiliar territory to exploring new opportunities, it’s amazing how much more welcoming the world can start to feel.
In fact, it is exactly during these times of re-grouping and re-building that the God of eternal possibilities is at his best.
It is exactly during these times that doors can start to open that you may have never had the chance to visit before.
This is the perfect time to allow your special influence to shape groups and activities hungry for leadership and growth.
The perfect time to start a gathering of people who have had more than their fill of isolation.
God’s word is filled with people he called into positions of great influence — both in the world and his eternal kingdom — from the obscurest and unlikeliest circumstances.
When Abram was out in the middle of nowhere, still living with his parents in his seventies, God called him to sojourn into a new land and establish a new nation.
When Jacob was exiled from his family and running out of options, God made a new covenant with him and gave him the name Israel.
When Joseph was ten years into a wrongful imprisonment sentence, God called him to lead Egypt and save his people from a famine that threatened to destroy them.
So if you are willing to look and listen for the places and the people God is calling you to encounter, and bold enough to answer when the time is right, there is no limit to the new worlds that can open up before you and the heights you can achieve.
Today, I challenge you to give your destiny its very best boost with a bold move.
Reach out to that friend or loved one, apply for that job, invest in a talent to showcase, help someone in need, or start your own following.
One day, you might even look back and realize it made all the difference.
YOUR TURN!
Don’t make me do all the talking – I’d love to hear from you!
